Question / Help Help-failed to start streaming error

Hi all, I'm very new to this and I can't figure out what's going wrong. I keep getting the "failed to start streaming" error message, and this is the log file from the last time I tried (after I updated my video drivers). Can someone a little more tech-savvy help me figure out how to fix this?

OBS opens, the test wizard runs (with no errors) and the app is closed. Upload the Current log after you experience the error, and before quitting OBS.
