Help! Facebook live hasnt received signal

I keep getting this issue from facebook live when streaming, im trying to stream my xbox one using obs and xbox companion on windows 10, i have a hp g4 note and a hp 15 laptop db0xxx
I ran a test on my upload speed but fb keeps saying it hasnt received signal, it shows then drop then lags. Any help?

You using cabled connection or WiFi? to test (and for ongoing stability/reliability), always use Ethernet for streaming
Is anything else on local network using Internet at same time?

See pinned post about posting OBS log. And before posting, I'd recommend scanning the text file for anything obvious (liek Encoder overload, or insufficient bandwidth, etc)

Basic troubleshooting would be to remove Xbox from equation and do a Facebook test broadcast from your PC (any simple video looping would be fine) and see how that goes. Let it run for a bit ... more than 10-20 minutes... That should give you a good starting point
