Question / Help Help. DSLR Rode Mic Won't Sync With DSLR Video

Hi guys!

I'm shooting live video on OBS (used primarily for Facebook live) and I'm shooting on a GH4 with Rode mic attached, through a Magewell USB Capture HDMI. For the life of me I can't get the audio to line up with my video when I go live. The sync delay is a decent option but still not perfect. there has to be a better way? Especially since the audio and video are inputting through the HDMI and should already be synced.
