Help! Decklink source is solid black, though it works in other software

I have a Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K, and I'm trying to capture an HDMI input.

It shows up fine in Blackmagic's Media Express and in ffmpeg/ffplay compiled with decklink support, but in OBS the source is solid black if the input is 720p or larger. Audio still goes through, and the source resizes accordingly when the input changes resolution. If the source is 480p, then it works but at a weird choppy framerate? I haven't looked into it much as I want to capture 1080p input. I tried messing with the source settings to no avail, though in my experience it used to work just fine leaving everything on auto. And it still does with ffmpeg.

Of note: while I have had success with OBS and this card and source in the past, it was in another machine and several linux kernels ago. I haven't had time to put the card back into the old machine and see if it works there.

Log here: https://obsproject.com/logs/CLBaJWkS8yr9PseW . While recording this log I switched the input between 1080p, 720p, and 480p, though none of it seems to have been reflected in the log.

What's my next step? How do I diagnose this?

I'm running into the same issues on both Linux and Windows. Same card, the Intensity Pro 4K.

Can you try downgrading to version 11.5.1 of the Decklink software? It was working for me before the upgrade so it might be something on Blackmagic's end.
