Question / Help help/configuration settings lag cpu

Hi, i have problems with lag on the cpu when im game, i have more than 60 fps and less than 30 ping, but is lagging, for the cpu. But i have a good connection, 50 down 10 upload.

My computer:
CPU: Intel I3 4150 2 core, 3.50GHz
Video Card: Nvidia GTX 750 TI
RAM: G-SKILL 8gb 1600 DDR3
