lowdown... trying to play on Xbox/tv downstairs. While running OBS, through desktop upstairs. Have everything running perfectly. Only thing I can’t get is being able to get my webcam that’s hooked up to the XBOX to run through OBS. Any thoughts as to a workaround/fix if possible

If I'm understanding you correctly, that's not possible.

If you're using the Windows feature that allows you to play remotely and then using OBS to capture/record/stream that, you can't add a webcam attached to the Xbox as a webcam source in OBS. It needs to be connected to the PC.
