Help! Camera goes blurry after a few seconds.

I'm having an issue all of the sudden where OBS is de-focusing and re-focusing my cameras. OBS opens and the shot is clear, and within seconds it goes blurry. I can verify the image capture is fine by watching in Camera Hub at the same time. Its OBS. Here's a visual, and a sample of what it looks like in program - its super strange looking. I've been shooting exactly like this for years and I didn't change anything. Happens in the new version of OBS I just downloaded, and the old one I've been using. Help!!! Thanks.
