Question / Help [HELP] Black Screen Every Time I Try To Record

So I have just installed OBS 21.01 and I have watched some videos on it and none of them are able to fix my problem.
I don't know what to do about this problem as I am trying to record Garry's Mod but it isn't working.

I am on Windows 7.
