I have been streaming on twitch from the middle east for about 4months and i was always able to stream on 5500kbps as my bitrate, however since last week my bitrate won't go above 1000 even on twitch test, all settings are unchanged however. All apps work completely fine it's just obs this has been really frustrating for me i'd really love to get some help couldn't find anything on youtube and there is no issues with my isp as i had them check it about twitce. I have attached my log file down below, please please help me!
HELP! Bitrate won't go above 1000kbps even though i've got a upload speed on 70mbps, please interreact with this i'd be thankful to any help.
