Help - Best settings for NDI stream that isn't full-screen

I don't know if this issue is something that no one else is trying or maybe I'm just really ignorant because I can't seem to find ANY information on the specific thing I'm attempting.

I am creating a stream of myself and my wife playing a game. There is two game capture sources, one from her PC via NDI and one from mine. I noticed slight video delay from what i see her character do in game and what I see her do from her output. Both game outputs are full screen but are being streamed in a smaller window. I just need to know what settings will fix the video delay (her game play audio is muted so there is no worry about audio delay) and possibly what just best overall settings will be best for the stream.

We have an upload speed of 5 Mbps and the resulting stream overall will be 1280x720 60 fps.
below is an image of the capture windows for illustrative purposes

Also here is a link to the streamed video (Ignore the white noise in the video I have figured out how to get rid of it since).

Thank you all in advance.
