Question / Help HELP- Bad audio quality

it sound like I hear song behind wall or something , a bit echo or idk ,or like sound is a bit lowered -10 db. or idk I cant describe listen and you will know
this happens to me while recording gameplay or in windows same problem
I use kraken 7.1 headset

Configure your headset to run in stereo mode and see if that helps. Surround/simulated surround modes frequently cause audio issues.

nope not helped ,
that gived me idea to try stereo headset , my friend have simple stereo headset , and same thing again ,
could it maybe be my windows 10 64 bit?
