Question / Help HELP Audio static + audio out of sync

Hello! I have 2 problems, though they may be connected.

I'm trying to stream my camera via OBS to Youtube.

I'm using a Black Magic UltraStudio MiniRecorder to get my camera's video and audio into OBS via a BNC cable from the camera into the Black Magic box and a Thunderbolt wire from the box to my Macbook Pro. So far, so good. OBS seems to receive the signal. The sound input is BlackMagic Audio.

The problem seems to be between OBS and Youtube. For the longest time, the audio was fine. But after about 4 hours, the audio started sort of stuttering, it became very choppy and frankly useless. Any ideas if there are any settings I should tweak to fix this?

The other problem is that the video and audio aren't completely in sync. They are in sync on the camera, but when it reaches Youtube the video(!) is approximately a second before the audio. Usually, it's the other way around, that the video is delayed, but here, actually the audio is delayed. This problem was constant from when I started streaming, unlike my first problem with the stuttering sound, which started after 4 hours or so.

Help?

It's weird to me that the sound is fine for 4 hours before it goes south.

Thanks for answering!

Here are the log files. I did quite a few restarts in desperate attempts to fix the problem, hence the numerous files.
I am not sure if the oldest and possibly most relevant has been automatically deleted or not, because I started streaming at 9 am, and I can't see any registred activities until 4-5 hours later.

Can you read anything from this?

Your microphone is spiking to max audio buffering almost immediately, with what looks like only 3 sources active. I would disable these and see if one of them is the cause, and then add them back one by one.

This could also be caused by having too many devices on a single USB controller, if you're using an external USB mic. So having a webcam and a USB audio interface on the same controller could cause it.
