Do not go with the image capture process dota2.exe, which uses Vulcan API.
My system: Windows 10 pro x64, 16gb RAM, GTX 980. Use OBS Studio 0.14.2 with Browser plugin.
What to do?
Help pls.

dx9 - 70-80fps
vulkan - 110fps+

Vulkan isn't supported yet. Your option is to not use Vulkan if you want game capture to work.
