Hello, I use this to record game play and live stream on twitch, I would like to get the best of what I got on my system so far, if anyone could help that would be great, thanks again.

Rate control CBR
Bitrate: 3000 (lower if you upload speed is slow)
Keyfame Int 2
CPU preset Veryfast (if you are getting encoding lag then switch to superfast)
Profile Main

Stream at 720p30

If your PC can't handle 720p30 on superfast then switch to 540p30 or 480p30
