hello i need help i am lagging very bad even tho my computer has quite decent specs

my obs is lagging very bad even tho I have good specs on my PC and shouldn't be lagging I even turned down frames and resolution still nothing. pls help if u can much appreciated thnx

Your first few recordings seemed to work fine. Then things fell apart, right around when you set b-frames to 0.

When you say lagging, do you mean lagging in-game, or lagging in the recording?

When i say lagging i mean in recording my game records just fine i set my b frames to 0 to see what it would do but i set it right back and i also cap my frames in game
