i have problem about now about obs my bitlate just falling down and trun off i try to do it my computer formet i did alot but still can fix this problem...

problem we didnt see that you make a stream please make a stream and show that you have this drop.
whats says speedtest.net ?

and my first tip is

18:20:02.292: output 0: pos={0, 0}, size={1920, 1080}, attached=true, refresh=144, name=MSI MAG241C

on your main screen you have an 144hz display set it in windows to 120hz so he can grab every second frame
