First of all this is my rig

RTX 3070TI
Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12800H (20 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 16384MB
Whenever i try to stream and record on 1080p 60 fps i have skipped frames due to encoding lag obs ,but when i move to 30 things looks fine.
I look up on internet i know is not a great laptop but it still should run decent whit this setup.
I try to stream fallout witcher and dota 2,i tryed god of war but even the game itself lags.
Whit the other 3 games i mention it works fine on 30 fps but the record looks kind of washed up and blury,i dont know if is cuz of windows auto hdr or not.
I stream on twitch,becouse on youtube looks laggy even on 30fps,even if the game dosent lag and is playing at a constatat 60fps.
As a side note on tiktok looks fine but when i use virtual camera from obs it hits the perfomance alot.
Can u guys help me out whit what setings should i go for i tryed to change from what i look online but no results.
