Question / Help Heavy pixelation during action and fast movement when streaming

So yeah title says it all, I'm not quite sure why since my internet can more than handle it, but recently my quality tanks heavily during fast-action scenes and fast movement, something I've generally only experienced with capture cards, I generally run 1080p or 900p60 @ fast-medium encoding with 2550Bitrate.

running 1080p with 2550 bit-rate is not sufficient enough to prevent blurriness during fast movement. The obvious option would be to increase the bitrate but many people with slow internet connections will have buffering issues

The best option (IMO) would be to stream at 720p instead whilst using the same bit-rate and try a slower preset.

Remove those custom settings you have put in as they are counterproductive to maintaining quality and stick to using presets
