HeyGuys,
2 days ago I got the fancy new quality options from twitch, and now there's some crazy stuff going on. I have been streaming with almost exactly this setup, for the last 2 months, it seems that the only thing that's changed are the new options.

It starts at roughly 3 hours 59 minutes but you can see it in the link above as well.
Has anyone seen this issue in the past? Does anyone know of a solution off hand?
