Hi - I am running the Virtual Camera in OBS into Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet and the CPU use goes way high (starting at 23% then up to 90%+ at times). I have tried different combinations of launching the virtual camera - ie Launch teams first, then OBS and the other way around. I have also tried to project to a window or screen and then share this. With each of these the fans run continually on my Mac Pro ( MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018), 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 6 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM, Graphics - Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB and Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB) and the video lags massively. It all starts well, but deteriorates within 2-3 minutes. Are there settings I need to be looking at? I'm not sure what to change/adjust next.
I have tried various cameras and webcams, but the outcome is all the same. Is this an issue with Mac versus PC?
Super frustrating
