Heavy CPU/GPU usage in 32.0.0

So with the latest version (32.0.0) I'm experiencing severe either CPU or GPU usage while livestreaming, to the point of affecting my game performance, lagging it. However this issue mostly occurs in a game called Strinova, where OBS is taking a toll on it. Prior to this update, CPU usage was about 90-98% sometimes reaching 100%. Now, it consistently passes 100%, sometimes 110%, according to the new Steam in-game Performance Monitor. and GPU usage peaks as well, but it can borrow more from the RAM.
My PC components:
Windows 10 Pro 64 bits
Intel Core i3-10105F CPU @3.70GHz (8 CPUs), 3.7GHz
16GB RAM
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 2GB
For the moment I downgraded to 31.1.2, and in that version it's more bearable, no stuttering or lag found.

For me, it's RAM spikes that go up to 99 percent. It's very short but I get huge FPS drops, and the chat window for OBS, also goes black for a few moments. I had no problems before.

Hey, Since the new update (v32) i have exactly what was told up of here !
I've got a 11600K with 32go RAM 3200 and a new 9060 xt 16 go VRAM and have some very strong issues with a game that doesnt ask so many ressources while streaming (PREDECESSOR).

I've got crash randomly with some buffering black screen on OBS ...

WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE TO OBS ?!?!?!

Is there a way to get back on the v31 ? Cuz i feel v32 isnt well optimised ...

To the OP. The issue most probably it's on the SE plugin. You should contact them for support on it or completely remove it.
Make sure other plugins you may have installed are updated and compatible with OBS 32.
