Hearing myself in headphones with VDO + OBS

Hello!

First timer trying to stream...

Using a MacbookAir (built in camera for video) with Airpods.

When I am in the VDO room and I speak I don't hear myself in my Airpods but once I launch OBS and select the VDO room as a Browser source I can hear myself. How can I turn this off? Attaching picture of audio settings from OBS and VDO room settings.
