Question / Help Heaps of little screens on my display capture

There are heaps of other screens on my display capture it just shows my screen like 20 times how do I fix this

That is normal. You have told OBS to capture your display, and you are running OBS with its preview window activated on that display.

Either minimize OBS and control with hotkeys, turn off the preview, or use a 2nd display for the OBS window.
