I'm trying to set up a dual-commentary stream. I have two HyperX Cloud Core headsets, each with a single auxilary input cord. Here is an image of them as they are to illustrate. I bought this splitter on Amazon, but it doesn't work they way I expected. While it DOES allow for both microphones to record at the same time, it DOESN'T separate them into two different channels.
So, my question is: Is there a setting in OBS I can change that will split each headset into their own respective audio channel? As in, if I mute one headset in OBS, it WON'T mute both of them. Is this possible with a splitter or do I just need to buy an Audio Mixer?
