Question / Help Headless/remote streaming

I would like to use OBS together with a presentation system to stream and record the computer screen. Is there any way to control it from another application and without having any disturbing screen messages?
Maybe there is an API for this? I couldn't find any information here in the forum.

It looks like there is nobody who could answer my question.

If this feature isn't available so far, maybe there is an developer who wants to implement it? There is a budget for this. Please contact me.
