HDR10 10bit recording Support =D

There are no hdr software recording solutions for gaming yet. Maybe OBS could be the first. Youtube already support it! YT will also automatically play HDR videos correctly on SDR monitors.

my blackmagic decklink mini recorder 4k will record yuv422p10le with the included capture utility.

it would be nice if obs could support 10bit as well.

hdr is spreading like wildfire. it seems everyone supports it now.
