HDR Encoder sending Mp4 download to discord

I've made my settings to have obs record HDR as an MP4, but whenever I attach videos to discord, they're sent as a downloadable file rather than an embedded video. If I use the default settings, I can upload to discord no problem. I'm thinking it's the encoder, but I'm hoping there's a way around this to be able to upload to discord.

Hoping someone's figured a way around this.
