HDR and other Problems - Capture Card helps? - Singel PC

Hallo, i have buy a HDR 1000 Monitor and want play in HDR but Stream in SDR.

So i have try many thinks as LUT, Color Corection ....

I have try Windows 11 and some other Software that can Handel Ton Mapping....

Well done.. OBS is and will be the only one i thnik to use for Streaming.

No i have some Problems after i put my Windows 10 Backup back on disk.

When i use DXGI Capture (Duplicate Windows) its stutter. And yes.. i have chose low energy for the app.
When i turn HDR of DXGI works normal... when i put HDR on again, it works some times so long, i close OBS and start new... thatwas not bevor.

When i let the Display Capture on Windows 10 1902 i get ugly glitches in stream and rubberbands but preview seems well.

So i thnik to buy a Capture Card that they do Tone Mapping vor me and still the Capture Problems goes away
I think 4k GC573 or $K60 Pro MK2

But i can not find if the AVerMedia has Multi Devices. So i use two OBS to stream on twitch with 1080p and to others with 1440p.

My PC is as follow:
Ryzen 9 5950x
32 DDR4 3800
AMD 6900XT
TechN and Byksi Watercooling
HDR 1000 Monitor at 1440p @ 144Hz

I have found out when i open OBS two times in prtable mode, and have one OBS on Windows 1909 Capture and DXGI it runs as it should be with no stutter.

Can it be that i have shoot up my config files with windows 11?

Buy the AVermedia and will watsh if it habdel what i think.....

I figure it out... my CPU ... and i dont know way... was laging....

Windows 11 must have destroy my files from OBS.


I was go on AMF Decoding and switched back to h264 medium (bevor fastr) and still now.... all works perfect!

Next goal is HDR Stream on Youtube :D
