Hdmi Video capter device fault

I have a problem with sound configeration
The picture is fine
the program states 48khz
but the capture showes 96000
so no sound comes out of this device
the maker states its a video capture and i have purchased a second one different maker same problem \

does anyone know how to get sound out of these devises with the picture

Once you stop pirating the 1960 colorized version of The Little Shop of Horrors (like a Pro) and purchase the DVD, your sound will work.
