Question / Help HDMI capture card for FB Live?

Hi All, I'm pretty new to this but I want to use a decent Panasonic camcorder that I have to live stream on fb.

The camera has an HDMI output and I would like to get this signal into the PC for streaming.

The PC is not used for gaming, it will literally be live streaming a picture and nothing else.

The PC is an HP 280 G1 MT Business PC.

I'm looking at something like the black magic intensity pro PCI card.

Will this do the job?

Is there audio too, or literally just video?

What kind of connections on the PC do you have available... any PCIe internal card slots? If PCIe, which size card slots can you do (i.e. 1x, 4x, 8x, 16x, PCIe 1.0, 2.0, 3.0)? If not PCIe, can you do USB 3.0?

What resolution are you recording? What framerate? Is the camera output interlaced or progressive scan?

What kind of CPU is in your PC? What kind of GPU? What OS is it running?
