Question / Help HD60s no signal on laptop

It simply says no signal in both OBS and the Elgato game capture software.

The weird thing is that on my PC in OBS the source will show up as “game capture HD60s (video) (#01).” This works perfectly with my desktop.

I plug it into my laptop and it recognizes it in OBS as “Elgato Game Capture HD” and it says no signal. The laptop specs are

CPU: 1.8GHz Intel Core i7-855OU (quad-core, 4MB cache, up to 4GHz).
Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 620.
RAM: 16GB DDR4.

Any help would be great!

I would try a full uninstall/reinstall of your elgato software. The Game Capture HD is a different capture device, and it may be confusing which is connected.

If that doesn't work, you'll most likely have to contact Elgato to fix the issue, considering it would appear to be a driver issue considering it is happening in both OBS and the Elgato software.
