Question / Help HD60s issues with Lumix G7 - says it need USB 3 when I am using USB 3

Just bought a HD60s, and a Lumix G7 to use as a webcam to record videos for Youtube etc... Never used any of this before.
All plugged in and OBS says I need to plug in the capture card to a USB port 3.0 to get it to work. But it already is plugged into USB 3.0! Tried it direct into my USB 3 port and not via the powered hub but no difference.

Also when I open the Elgato game capture software it also says 'Game Capure needs to be connected to a usb 3 port to function properly'
