Hello,
I did some looking around and didn't see anyone with this exact same problem (some similar ones but none of them helped me).
So just got an Acer Predator G5-793 (Windows 10), and the camera does not work when I try to do "Video Capture Device".
I have attached a screenshot of exactly what I see immediately after I click ok in the "Create/Select Source". In tutorials I have seen online, there should be something that pops up asking me for detailed information about the camera and settings I can play with- this never happens. Goes straight to the screen I snapshotted. Also uploaded the log file.
How can I help you help me further? Thank you for your time :)
PS- This is the stock/built in webcam, not a USB connected one. Also, I have tried this camera in other Broadcasting Software as well and it didn't work there either. Tried the normal "Microsoft Camera" app and it worked, as well as doing a video chat with a friend over facebook as a test. I have made sure to close out of everything since only one program can access and use the camera at a time.
