When using the latest release of OBS Studio (27.1.3), my Hauppauge HD PVR 2 starts to lose frames (from 720p60 to maybe less than 30 fps) after 5-10 minutes of usage. Using "Video Capture Device" all default settings. I've reverted back to 27.0.0 to see if the problem persisted, and that seems to have solved my issue for now.
The capture card itself doesn't seem like the issue, as it looks perfect in the native Hauppauge Capture app. This is only happening when I use the HD PVR 2 as a Video Capture Device as a direct source inside of OBS Studio 27.1.3.
Unsure how to report a bug like this. I'd be willing to help give any info about my system and settings if this sounds like something worth fixing. For now I will stay on 27.0.0
