Having trouble with washed out colors with OBS

I've read through posts here and elsewhere... but afraid to change my settings based on other peoples issues and specs. I am currently running OBS as admin, my color settings were already set to 709/partial so I'm posting the log from my current session... however I'm not actually streaming yet. I hope that doesn't make a difference... if so let me know I'll post one after I've started streaming. In a nutshell, I am playing on xbox one s series thru a gaming monitor that is not connected to my computer. I'm on a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 gaming laptop, with a small TV connected via HDMI as a 2nd extended display for streaming. I stream the xbox through the xbox console companion app on my pc, then use the display capture as my source in OBS. I've had this washed out color problem since day one regardless if I stream to Youtube or Twitch. I just incorporated stream elements into OBS yesterday but know that doesn't have anything to do with it as it has happened since the beginning.
