Question / Help Having trouble with i5 4790 and 60 fps

Hello Guys,

sorry for my english first.

im using a stream box with a i5 4790 / and im capturing the game from the game box with a avermedia gc550 Video Capture.
Now the problem is that i can't get 60 fps working properly , and the cpu usage get's always around 80% 90% and that seems streange to me. i can't even open crhome during streaming because everithing just get laggy.

any tips or suggestion?

There's no stream/recording attempt in that log.

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

From the log, looks like everything is working properly in OBS.

3000 bitrate is kinda low for 720p60fps, though. Try lowering FPS to 30 and see if that helps your performance.

usually i go for 3500 bitrate, but as i know, the i5 4690 should have enough power to encode in 720p 60 fps.
Or am i wrong?

720p60fps takes somewhere around 4500 bitrate to start looking decent with x264 on veryfast.
