Having trouble reading the OBS Crash Log

Hello!

My OBS seems to crash upon launching FiveM/GTAV when I am live and streaming. I've started doing research and I am under the impression that the first thread here (26D0) is my issue. I think it means one of the things in the first thread is causing the crash, and it will likely be a plugin? But I'm having trouble connecting the dots. Apologies if this is a silly issue and sorry for my ignorance! The full crash report is attached!

additionally here is my log: https://obsproject.com/logs/UGfBxGyJxh2Z4KLh (not sure if this is relevant to the crash report reading or not

Thank you to anyone who can help!

This is caused by the win-audio-capture plugin.
Ah! The culprit! Do you have any advice on fully removing it? Looks like I have a lot of "win" prefix plugins. Are all of the "win" ones part of this to be deleted?

I've navigated to the obs-plugins and it looks like I have the following:

win-capture.dll
win-capture.pdb
win-capture-audio.dll
win-capture-audio.pdb
win-dshow.dll
win.dshow.pdb
win-wasapi.dll
win-wasapi.pdb
