Question / Help Having Stream Lag, yet little in game lag.

I've been streaming and noticed huge spikes in my vods. I've been recently streaming warframe, I'm able to play at max graphics 60 fps. On stream my game doesn't lag much, it never drops below 30 fps in game, however I've been having encoding issues.

My Specs are:
i5 4460
Gtx 970
8GB Ram

Upload speed
10mb/s

Settings:
x264
veryfast
Output resoloution: 1280x720p
30 FPS

Not sure what the problem is, any help is much appreciated!

Reduce ingame graphics. This will make room for OBS to render and, Ithink, also will reduce CPU usage.


Check Twitch servers. Maybe using another would eliminate network issues

Use 64K TCP window and 60 sec


Also, you can use TCPOptimizer to fine tune your TCP/IP
