Question / Help Having OBS open without recording anything results in 20FPS drop in Assetto Corsa

System spec is intel i5, geforce 760, 12gb ram, 500 MB/s SSD.

Game's graphic setting is set low enough to allow constant 60 fps with 24 total cars on a race track.

This is from two 1 minute recordings I made in game during 'replay' mode, i.e. not in real time. There was still a 20+ fps drop.
