Honestly i'm having hard time figuring this one out myself, but just having OBS on the background without streaming or recording it's making my Overwatch shutter. If i close my OBS it's running really smooth 100 fps, but instantly when i open my OBS the shuttering starts. There isn't really any drop in FPS, but the shuttering is really annoying to my eye and effects my ability to play the game.

My OBS CPU usage keeps hovering at like 6-8% and my total CPU usage is around 60-80% when streaming and playing, which shouldn't be the problem. I would appreciate if someone has found solutions for this one. Also i don't really see it happening on other games that much, but other games aren't that intensive so might not notice it that easily.
Edit: Nvm even without webcam the shuttering is there :(
