When I used to run obs on windows 8.1 I had no CPU usage issues. OBS would run at 20% with no problems whatsoever. I upgraded to windows 10 and I have had nothing but problems since. My OBS currently uses about 50-70 CPU every time I start my stream. I have tried updating my NVIDIA drivers as well as scanned for malware and nothing. This is really irritating me because I used to be able to stream 720 at 60 FPS with 3500 bitrate with 20% CPU usage. Now no matter what I put the bitrate or fps OBS runs at a high percentage. Does anyone have a fix for this?? It is bugging me so bad!
