So today I was messing around with OBS and tried to use the virtual camera feature. It worked fine with everything, but when I tried it out with zoom the OBS virtual camera didn't show up in camera settings. I scoured the internet and couldn't find a solution that worked (especially since most were for Mac), I can give more details but I'm unsure what else to say at the moment since I'm exhausted and just want a solution as soon as possible.
