Question / Help Having issues with "Sync Offset"

"So I am using Adobe Audition to make my mic sounds less bad while streaming and its set to a 100ms delay" <--- reason why im need Audition also it takes out a lot of background noise. This wouldn't be in the logs because it is not something that obs is causing this is something that Audition is doing and I just needed to find the Sync Offset number to use for my mic so its synced when it shows up on stream. But here is the log for your enjoyment.

Thank you so much for your help. I figured it out with a online stopwatch the magic number was -821ms give or take a few ms but I can't tell the difference.

Another way to fix sync issues like yours is to record some footage, bring it into a good video editor (usually Premiere or Media Composer), and move the audio until it's in sync. The amount you moved it is the offset that you apply to the audio source in OBS.

That said, I'm glad you got it working.

Have you tried the Noise Gate or Noise Suppression filters for your mic from within OBS Studio? I'm not sure if that would be on par with Adobe Audition, but I wanted to see if you knew about them.
