I haven't experienced this myself yet as I have not yet streamed with the new version of OBS that released yesterday, I am reporting it behalf of a friend that is currently streaming having these issues.
The sound alerts for twitch do not seem to be working on stream through OBS with the new version, they worked perfectly fine before the new update, is this a twitch issue or an OBS issue.
The alerts play through OBS and all the alerts show up on OBS but none of them show on stream.
