Question / Help Having issues with rendering lag/stalls

PC Specs:
  • CPU: i7-6700k
  • GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC
  • RAM: 16gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 2133

For some unknown reason OBS Studio isn't allowing me to stream most games at 60fps due to rendering lag/stalls and I don't know how to fix it. I've tested multiple games (Overwatch, H1Z1, The Culling, Rocket League to name a few) but I always have the same problem. I don't have anything unnecessary running in the background, and I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere else. Any input would be greatly appreciated. :)

Turn on Vsync or cap your games framerate to 60. If you aren't getting 60fps turn down your settings so you get much more than 60fps, or stream to 30fps.
