Question / Help Having issues with launch OBS on my laptop

Hey everyone, I am having issues with OBS on my laptop. It's just failing to output it won't start to stream at all. I have it working on my desktop no problem.

I have updated GPU and everything on that end.

Any suggestions?

Fixed it, I kept changing the recording settings, not the streaming settings. My bad.
