Having issues while recording or streaming LoL

I recently setted up my OBS and I tried recording a game of league, but my fps kept changing from 200 to 01, and then the screen freezes, I tried to stream and I had the same issue.
My VSYNC is not activated neither FPS CAP.
I play league on everything Low and Borderless.

This issue only happens to me in league, I tried cs2 and it went perfectly fine.

I checked my task manager too see if the CPU, GPU or RAM were overloaded but it was chilling at 30% - 50%

I have the exact same problem. When I try to stream League or Valorant, the game or OBS breaks. My game just has extremely high ping and I can't even play the game. I updated my drivers but it didn't fix anything. Let me know if you find a fix.
