Having "encoding overload" issues when running OBS.

I've been having issues trying to use OBS to record video. After a test recording I watched back the video and would see lag spikes. A friend of mine gave me different solutions but none of them worked and he directed me here. Log attached of session with an ecoding error.

your CPU is to slow for your recording settings

Try this:
Turn off Windows Game DVR & Xbox Game bar
Turn on Windows Game mode
Turn off Windows Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling
Follow this guide to make sure OBS is set to High performance GPU Selection Guide
Launch OBS as admin by right click, "run as admin" when launching
Switch to to simple output mode, choose Hardware Nvenc(New) and Indistuinguishable or High quality.

When you've done all that, do a new recording and post the log
