Question / Help Having drops on stream even though my ISP has checked and confirmed there are no problems.

I used to be able to stream without problems. For the last few months, there's a problem I cant solve.

> I have 5mbps upload speed, I'm streaming with 2500 bitrate.720p 60fps (I boosted my upload speed to 10 to see if its speed issue but it didn't fix it)
> My upstream signal values are 35-38dbMv
> I have to restart my router before starting streaming otherwise it starts with drops.
> If there are no problems, I get to stream for few hours then it all goes downhill. The "status bar" on the OBS shows red color 90% of the time.

> I switch between Twitch servers with most bandwidth and least ping according to TwitchTest before starting to stream.

Honestly I don't know what to do at this point. I'm just hoping if someone with the same problem or someone who can make sense from this log.

Run TwitchTest. If you can, show it to an employee from the ISP if they visit. Regular speedtest results are not relevant.

You're getting dropped frames at a pretty modest bitrate.

If your ISP can't address it, see if you can switch to someone else. I realize this is not true for most people, especially in the US.
