Having a hell of a time getting NDI to appear in my Tools list...

Hello all, Having a hell of a time getting NDI to appear in my Tools list. I'm running El Capitan on a mac (10.11.2) and using OBS 24.0.2. I thought I downloaded the correct NDI (4.8.0) and RUNTIME 4.5.1 is installed.

Can anyone please fill me in on what I might be doing wrong?

Any help would be really wonderful and much appreciated!
